Nags Head Vacation

I'm sorry it's taken soo long to get these pictures up....it's been difficult with our main computer still not working. Anyway, these are from our week in Nags Head. We love the beach so any time we can go is a blessing. As you'll see in the pictures Brodie absoutely LOVED the beach. He loves the water and the sand as well, lol. The weather was beautiful so we were fortunate to be able to go to the beach or sound every day! Tommy also got some surfin time in. Thank you Lord for this special time we had as a family.

Me and my wonderful husband. :)

Our family.

My boys having lunch.

Going out for a boat ride.
This was at the sound so it was sooo calm and you could walk out forever and it still be only waist high.

Brodie loved to just sit on the edge and let the water wash over him as he played in it.
This was at the beach and my little wild man would wait until a big wave was coming and then take off to run into it. lol Not a fear in the world.

Brodie playing with Joey, Sarah and Carly. I think they were digging for sand fiddlers.

Buddies. Brodie, Caden and Ryland were so cute playing together. Of course we had to make sure we had 3 of everything. lol

Brodie loves playing with other kids, so he thoroughly enjoyed having friends to play with all week.
We had our nephew Caden with us for a few days and it was nice to have the cousins together since there is distance between us so we don't get to see him that often. Papa caught the first fish!

Brodie was so facinated by the fish in the bucket. He kept wanting Papa to open it so he could see it. This was Brodie's first fishing experience.
Brodie wanted to fish too!
I saw this picture and thought, my prayer is that we also teach him to be fishers of men.
These are some pictures of Brodie playing in the sand. Being all boy,he didn't mind being covered in sand. However, he hates for his hands to be dirty so kept wanting to wash his hands off...wonder who he gets this from? Hint...it's not his momma. :)

I guess maybe he ate a little too, haha. I still liked the pic. He was staring out at the ocean.

Grandad helped the boys build a "tunnel". Brodie kept wanting to get in it and Caden didn't want it to get messed up.

We were excited to get to spend some time with Uncle Christian for few days! They spent some time making sand castles...which Brodies favorite thing is to destroy them. lol

I just had to post this face. No caption needed. :)
